With a strong foundation in mental health, business, municipal leadership, and strategic planning, I bring a people-centered approach to leadership. One grounded not only in vision, but in action.
My work has consistently focused on turning ideas into meaningful, measurable outcomes that strengthen communities and improve the lives of residents. I am Community Leader, Registered Social Worker, and a Business Owner with extensive experience in leadership, organizational development, and community building. I know firsthand insight into both the challenges communities face and the collaborative leadership required to address them effectively.
During my time with the City of Kingston, I led initiatives focused on equity, belonging, and community engagement while helping build stronger relationships between residents, organizations, and across provincial and federal government.
